Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lumco. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

 

Shipping Delays

Lumco is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

       Carrier delays or disruptions

       Severe weather or natural disasters

       Customs or postal holds

       Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

       High-volume periods such as holidays

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

       Check around your property and with neighbors

       Contact your local post office or carrier

       Wait 2–3 business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

 

If your package is still missing after these steps, contact us at support.lumco@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.lumco@gmail.com with:

       Your order number

       Photos of the damaged item and packaging

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support.lumco@gmail.com. We can only make address changes before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
